  • Dinner and a Movie - "Fireproof"

February 17 - LENT BEGINS

  • Ash Wednesday Service, 7 p.m.

February 20

  • Dedicated to Dacula: Great Day of Service
    • This first week of Lent, we will gather as a church to serve in various ways throughout the community (nursing homes, yard work, work on the property of one of our sister churches in the area, and more)
    • Ages - all ages
    • Activity Level - light to very heavy; some groups will do yard work, others will sing for local nursing home residents
February 27
  • Dedicated to Dacula: Hometown Heroes Mission Project
    • This mission is a wonderful way to thank our soldiers and local emergency workers
    • Ages - preschool to senior adult
    • Activity Level - light (baking, packaging goodie bags, delivery to local stations)

March 2010

 
March 12
  • Breakfast for Dacula Elementary Teachers
    • We will serve a "home cooked" meal to the teachers at Dacula Elementary.
    • Ages - adults only
    • Activity Level - light (If you can pick up a spoon and smile, you are qualified!)


March 19-21

  • SCREAM Retreat - Grades 3-5

March 20

  • Church Workday
    • Help us prepare to welcome visitors this Easter by working on various projects inside and outside the church building.
    • Ages - All
    • Activity Level - moderate to heavy (This project will benefit from strong backs and elbow grease.)
March 27
  • Community Easter Egg Hunt
    • Thousands of eggs, hundreds of kids, and one big impact for Christ!  We need help with planning, advertising, greeting, hiding eggs, and cleaning up.
    • Ages - Grades 4 & 5 will hide the eggs, and we need willing teens and adults to help with the rest
    • Activity Level - light
